Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds or returns. We want you to love your pieces, so we are happy to offer exchanges only under the following strict conditions:

Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • The product must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item must be in its original package with all protective seals and tags completely intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, all hijabs, undercaps, and accessories are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange
  1. Email us at Pearlxdiamond.hijab@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size/style you wish to exchange for.
  2. Once our team approves your request, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in its original packaging and unworn condition, we will ship out your exchange.
(Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item originally arrived defective.)
