Processing Times
All of our pieces are handled with the utmost care. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
  • Note: Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50.00 for limited time.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds or returns. We want you to love your pieces, so we are happy to offer exchanges only under the following strict conditions:

Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • The product must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item must be in its original package with all protective seals and tags completely intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, all hijabs, undercaps, and accessories are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged.
